Recipe of the Week
Make your own apple sauce!!!
This recipe is so easy and sooooo good, one of our school customers gave it to us.
Fill a large stock pot with apple cider, wash the b-grade apples and place them in the cider (approx. 12-15 apples) bowl until apples are very mushy. Drain them thru a strainer and discard the core and skin. Then keep pressing until all you have all of the apple thru the strainer. ENJOY!!! No sugar, no spices added just apples & cider! ENJOY!
We grow a variety of apples. MacIntosh, Cortlands, Macouns, Royal Gala, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Honey Crisp and many more. Currently picking all varities! Call for PYO info!!
